About the Program

Students who complete the Basic Technical Certificate for Retail Management learn basic management skills for the retail industry, including the ability to demonstrate an understanding of necessary vocabulary, economic considerations, computer literacy skills, and the presentation of data through oral and written communication relevant to the field.
