About the Program

The online Conflict Management Certificate is a fully asynchronous, 13-credit program designed for our fully only students who are interested in skill development and projects that allow them to grow in a safe and supportive community of faculty and peers. Conflict management is inherently interdisciplinary, so we will combine insights from many academic fields to help students gain confidence and mastery in managing conflict. Regardless of academic major, students will be primed to manage the human dimension of the world around them.
