About the Program

You can become a better teacher and advocate for those students learning English as a new language. Earning this certificate will prepare you to better support English language learners by providing you with new knowledge, skills and understandings of how youth of all ages develop English language ability. No special expertise or background is needed to pursue the certificate, just a passion to learn how to teach and support those learning English.

Program Requirements

Complete all of the following:

-Application to the Graduate College

-Submit 3.0 undergraduate GPA

-Submit application letter

-Submit current resume or CV
